I have all the answers and I am a even a personal trainer. I went through a horrible time of depression recently and I gained a ton of weight back. I am having a heck of a time getting back on track and getting motivated again. Also I am working nights and my only time to sleep is from 9 am to 3 pm because fo kids and stuff. When can I work out and get back to where I need to be. I need so much help right now. Any words of advice, or wisdom?

sorry to hear you havent been feeling well.
most of weight loss i'm learning i about eating below your TDEE but still above our BMR.
working out will help more with reshaping your body but doing it in tandem with a calorie deficit will really help slim you down0 -
Learn to love yourself, and from there you will start taking better care of yourself.
You will begin to find time to work for your body, and eat things that respect for yourself rather then treating yourself like a garbage disposal.
(Believe me, I know from experience.)0
