what are the correct workouts for pregnant?

I know there are many pregnant women are here in my fitness pal. I am planning to be, so I like to ba active during my pregnancy.

What are the correct or the best workouts fo us?
and When I can start?From the beginning?? Or from the secon trimester?

Hope to have answers by fitness specialists and trainers...

    If you were working out before, you can probably continue doing what you were doing for a while. No abs work. Just listed your body and don't over do it. That's what my OB said. If you are just starting out, then I would suggest walking and yoga (just make sure to ask the instructor what poses are unsafe for preggos).

    C25k ... 30 day shred ... swimming ... jump robe... yoga for ( abs .. chest .. hips .. back ) ...that what I am doing properly. But I don't think they are save for the pregonancy!!

  • I used Davina's pre and postnatal workout DVD during my pregnancy. It's effective :smile:
