Hello!!!

I'm new to this. I've tried every diet around and found that this seems to be the perfect diet. I don't have to count, measure, starve or eat all protein, carbs or liquids. I'm excited to try this and lose weight!:

    I am addicted to the site...now whenever i grab something to eat i stop to think hmm how many calories would this be on myfitnesspal...lol -- hey it works cause i wind up putting the stuff DOWN! LOL

    It always helps me to log my food first before I eat so here are no surprises. I started on this site because I was looking for a way to count calories so I'd have a better idea of what I was eating.

    Find a group to be part of and check in with them every day.:bigsmile: :bigsmile: :bigsmile:
