Short and need support

My name is Jen and I'm 5'1, 130 lbs. my goal weight was originally 126 but Im thinking on changing it to 115. I need support and help losing the last 15 lbs. I workout once to twice a week and since I see my boyfriend on tw weekends and he eats whatever I can't help but cheat as well. I need some focus and some friends. Especially around the times of my lady friend is when I crave theist and get the most discouraged please be my friend and lend you knowledge and advice!!

Im 5'2"! My goal is about 120-125 (we'll see what i look like.. Im not worried about numbers) Try to find things that you can have from the places he loves. My hubby loves Chinese buffet, but obviously.. I can't handle that temptation. I still go with him and just get egg drop soup and have a salad. I looked up many different fast food items so I know what I can order if we *have to* go there. I keep my list of approved food items in the car in case I forget what is ok. I am five foot, 1 1/2 inches. I'm at your goal weight and trying to maintain, but fighting urges to binge as I don't "need" to lose weight. I'm 48, live in UK with my husband, I do strength training twice a week and keep active before and after work by walking the dog.0 -
I used to see my boyfriend only on the weekends as well and he was amazingly supportive when it came to portion control. I helped him lose 17lbs last year just by going to the gym a couple times a week and making smarter food choices. Another options would be that when you see each other on the weekends to do something active to burn off the extra calories. My bf and I had a great time rock climbing at an indoor place or we take a walk with the dog or bike around town.0
