Today's challenge is:
Jumping Jacks - 200
Crunches - 75
Sit-ups - 25
BTW, since it's Friday the 13th, let's add 13 to each of those numbers
Do as many as you can and you can do them any style you want.
The important thing is that you try to so them.
My challenges are open to anyone and you can log them as calisthenics.
