Friday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge is:

Jumping Jacks - 200
Crunches - 75
Sit-ups - 25

BTW, since it's Friday the 13th, let's add 13 to each of those numbers :)


Do as many as you can and you can do them any style you want.
The important thing is that you try to so them.

My challenges are open to anyone and you can log them as calisthenics.

    I'm in! couldnt quite get yesterdays challenge in but I'v done the rest of what I couldnt do this morning :D

    Done! But forgot to add 13 although I did 100 crunchies and more jumping jacks during my normal workout.
