    Get a big rubber band.
Put it around your head, level with your eye sockets (keep your eyes closed)

Something about this relaxes my eyes.

lol. In the nicest way possible: You are quite possibly mad.

Lol it's possiblE. bet you haven't tried it though 😉

I love the sound of the ocean and a train off in the distance... when I was little my parents had a house near the beach and near a train track.

    But I'd rather polish peaches.

Songs that take me back to my childhood.

    Ocean waves, bigger the better!

    Noisy seagulls.

    Rain....thunderstorms too.

    Dripping water.

Sitting near a stream in the middle of the woods.

Okay, I'll just say if it includes water...

Best thing ever is for someone to tickle my back!! Hmmm back to childhood again.

The sound of a fan (box fan).

I've slept with one on High nearly every night since I was born. To me, fan = sleeeeeeeep.
Same here, my husband got me a white noise machine, some pansy excuse about getting too cold at night, it just isn't the same. Simply cannot sleep without one.
Even when we travel I have a tiny fan I put on next to me.

Background noise, silence agitates me to no end. Even if it's just music playing softly or the dishwasher.

Holding a sleeping baby always makes me want to sleep...always

Rainy days are only good for two things: sleeping and fu...snuggling, which leads to more sleeping

Having someone rub my head or run their fingers through my hair

Lying on the beach or being so deep in the ocean that you only feel her power surrounding you

The sound of Eddie Vedder's voice. Doesn't matter what he's singing - I find his voice really soothing - which I know sounds insane. LOL

Totally agree. He's got one of the best voices out there.

    I love him.

Getting my hair played with, or watching someone get their hair played with.
Same with back or foot massages.

Bob Ross. Acoustic guitar. Certain people's singing voices or even some speaking voices.

Rustling of book pages when someone is showing me something. Watching people put make up on. Lots of little things like that.

I sleep with a fan every night, too, but that's not quite the same effect.

Massage table. I’m out the second I hit it. I have to take their word for it that they really did the massage.

I can't sleep without a fan blowing right in my face. It doesn't matter if it's 20 below. I hate travelling sometimes because i don't sleep well. And, it drives women crazy (not in a good way), because, you know how their always cold.
