I was just curious if anyone fallows the ayurveda way of eating for their body type (Vatta/pitta/Kapha) If so, I would be interested in hearing any effect that fallowing this way of eating has had on you.
Thanks (in advance) for any input

Eating for body type is a myth. Somatotype catergorizing for nutrition was a ploy developed by the fitness and diet industry to create ways of making additional revenue.
The human body physiologically hasn't changed much at all. Weight loss is still going to be calories in/out regardless of ANY program one takes on.
My advice is that if one is having to spend and exhorbitant amount money on an eating program to lose weight, then it's a just another fad program.

Holy necropost. Bridge: what is your goal? Weight loss? A healthier diet?

I'm sorry, but it's not as simple as calories in-calories out. There's a lot more going on than that in the human physiology.0
