50+ and getting fit

Hi everyone, I am 55 soon 56 years young. I have a small amount to lose ( @10-15.) but have struggled for about 2 years with it on WW. I decided I really need to get fit. I need some like minded friends (wanting to get fit) for support. I am walking 1 to 3 miles a day and lifting light weights. Ready to up the ante gradually, but not sure where to start. Please add me as a friend and I will support you too!
