Does anyone have a Polar HRM that you can connect to your computer to download your workout information to your computer? Does it work well and is it user friendly?

Hey Irish, we have a little device called a fit bit. Its pretty much a high tech pedometer. We looked at the the HRM but figured they weren't worth the hassle. With the fitbit, you wear it all day and it tracks everything, including stairs and sleep. I no longer have to input my workouts, just food, we paired the device up with myfitnesspal and it auto updates and actually told me I wasn't getting enough calories, except of course on holidays...lol...the only downside is you cant wear it in the pool. But so far we love it, it is really opening our eyes to what exactly our days entail.

I have the Polar FT60 and the accessory Flowlink transmitter. Very user friendly. The Flowlink is a small dishlike device. You simply set your watch on it and it starts transmitting to the Polarpersonaltrainer website. Only takes a few seconds. Then all your workout data is stored on the site for review. I think the transmitter was $75.
