Hello!
My name’s Natalie and I live in Jersey (Channel Islands, UK…not New Jersey). :flowerforyou:
I’m 29, 5’6â€, 10st 2lbs (142lbs, no idea what that is in kgs) and desperately want to get in better shape for the summer! I’m currently a UK size 10-12 but want to get down to 8st 7lbs (119lbs) and/or a size 8-10. Current measurements (*gulp*) are:
Chest 38â€
Arms 11â€
Waist 29â€
Hips 41â€
Thighs 21â€
Thought I’d give this little community a shot and see if it gives me any extra motivation – I’m sure it will as I would NEVER give out my weight or measurements anywhere else and I’m sure in doing so I’ll be shamed into reducing them! Hehe.
Thank you in advance to all those of you brave enough to post before and after photos. I’ve haven’t really looked at them yet but I know I’ll find those a big boost and one of these days I might just try and be brave enough to do my own.

Best of luck with it, I hope you achieve your goals
Im one week in and learning loads, didn;t realise the amount of calories some foods I was eating actually had. And it certainly keeps me focused on my goals

Thank you! I'm learning loads too - the barcode scanner has become my new best friend! It's nice to start getting a grip on how much of something is a proper portion. Hope you hit your targets too.

Hello. Great to have you on here. The KG are about 2.2 pounds each if that helps. I've been on here for about 7 months or so and since last May I've lost almost 90 pounds. Now I tend to get stuck every five pounds or so but eventually after a week or two I lose another 3 or 4. I'm at 201 now and want to get to 175. I haven't weighed that since high school and I'm almost 65 so it's been forever. Keep in touch and let me know how you're doing.0
