hi guys Ive been lurking on the board for about a month or so.....not exercising or eating properly or anything. just sorta living thru all of you. til one day i decided to get off my growing *kitten* and do something! i had been very discouraged bc at one time i was very fit, worked out like a monster and had abs and everything.......then life/depression/a relationship/fear took over and then i just got lazy. i couldnt believe how out of shape i had become- i had 0 endurance whatsoever so when i did go to the gym i didnt push myself at all. i needed outside help so i decided to get a membership with a bootcamp fitness program. Its a rigorous 40 minute workout that includes weights and resistance-40 secs full throttle then 20 sec of rest while moving to the next station. Its hard as hell but my body is responding. im so happy to finally be getting fit again. and i owe it all to people like Picturesque2u for being such great examples and motivators.
