I gained 74lbs with my pregnancy and kept 47 of it on until he was a year old. That was when I changed my lifestyle and it has took me 1 year to lose 40lbs, and still have about 10 left although I do not have a goal weight. It has just helped me to be patient, to seriously change my lifestyle and my frame of mind, and to weight train. I started lifting heavy 1.5 months ago and have seen major differences in my body. So I will not finish losing until my son is 2.5-3 years old and after 1.5-2 years of a healthy lifestyle but the wait has been worth it so far:)0

I think that you are doing great for being 9 weeks.
Planks and ab vacuums can help pull in those transverse abs. You can Google it to see how it is done.
Not sure if you are breastfeeding, but if you are, please do not drop your calories too low. You do not want to mess up your milk supply.
I think to get some fat off of the belly, lowering my carbs has helped a lot. I eat around 100 carbs, 150 protein. I eat 1600-1900 calories.0 -
You are eating healthy and being active that is great just give it time. It took 9 months to put it on give it at least 9 months to get it off. Thats what they told me. I have lost it twice but gained it back this time I refuse to gain it back.0

Firstly, can I say you are a true inspiration and are brilliant to be able to lose 33lbs 9 weeks after having your 3rd child. I am still trying to lose my baby weight 2 years later.
I, too breastfed my first for 15 months and my second only for 10 weeks as he didn't like the taste of breast milk. I didn't lose weight at all, but I did suffer with PND and so that had a major effect.
I did use to spend an hour a day on the elliptical trainer but now do an hour of cardio, about 30 minutes of boxing and 20+ minutes of weights 6 days a week and have noticed a real change, especially in my legs, back and arms over the past month.
Good luck :happy:0 -

I have kept alot of my baby weight too. Now that my DD is almost weaned at 20mts I have lost weight by taking a Zumba class at least 2x a week. We do lots of standing crunches that feel like they are working my lower tummy where my cs scar is. Good luck!0
