I love that the article promotes eating more calories....2100 - 200.... = 1900.... a day! Yes you can lose weight doing that! You don't have to starve yourself. AND.......You are more likely to keep the weight off because you are more likely to be able to stick to a diet like that for the rest of your life. That's what it's all about, right? Here's to healthy strong women of all shapes and sizes!!
