stopping sugar today!

Over 12 months ago my mom was given a sugar solution to light her ovarian cancer up so they could see it better at Emory. I had the immediate thought that clearly cancer must really like fructose. My subsequent research confirmed, at least for me, that this is the case. Another case in point is my husbands high cholesterol. In the dangerous range 10 months ago I convinced him to give up refined sugar except for the rare treat and his cholesterol dipped dramatically in a few short months and remains well within the normal range. That joker lost 20# in about 6 weeks:grumble: He ate eggs every day and while he did eat more poultry and fish he still enjoyed the occasional piece of steak or pork. The biggest change by far was giving up the sugar. When I get the urge for sugar now, almost always
