fighting the temptation at work!!-.-
i work at least 30 hours a week at burger king! since starting there ive gained 15 pounds and cant take it anymore, but ive always been a bit of a fast food junkie..i looked up all the food we have and saw just how bad it is for you..but i cant help it, my tastebuds dont care about the calorie count and sometimes im too hungry to care. ive tried chewing sugarfree gum to keep my mouth occupied while working so i dont pick at fries or nuggets. but one of my managers wont let me chew gum!!! ugh! what can i bring with me thats quick, easy AND filling????.....o.o

My first suggestion was going to be gum, so that's out. You might want to try Life Savers or mints or something. They are low-calorie and can be used more subtly to keep a flavor in your mouth.
Do you have a locker or cubby in your break area? Can you take in some healthy food to snack on so you're less hungry?
Also, water. Drink lots of water.0 -
