5'4 18 year old wanting to lose 35+lb in need of similar peo

Hi!
I am a 5'4,18 year old girl who was thin till the age of 14 and started poofing up on the onset of puberty.I currently am like a size 12 courtesy of my pear shape that makes my hip(i.e. my butt too) larger.I tried the 7 day detox diet and the high protein diet and tried doing jump roping and playing vigorous badminton last summer,But nothing worked and after i got back to school,i went from my then normal weight of 149.9lb to 154 and since my grades were dropping,the weight loss plans took the back seat
My grades are better now and this summer i am back with a revenge and i am logging my calories in at MyPlate on Livestrong.com and started off walking 30 minutes a day,then started doing the kickboxing segment of 10 minute solutions rapid results fat burner for 30-50 minutes/day and currently i am on day 8 of level 1 of the 30 day shred which i am doing TWICE a day.My new term of senior high school start on May 2nd and i am hoping that by then i will have a visible difference.But i am focusing more on getting workouts done as my goal instead of the numbers on the scale and i have lost 7 inches off my waist since last October when i measured it initially.I am planning on starting with P90X after i am done with 30DS in May.
I would love to meet people who have faced the same challenges as me and please add me if you wanna talk!

I am 5'4" at at 158 lbs. I just moved into a size 10 literally walking off my tush! i started my weight loss at 203 pounds 2 years ago, started on MFP "again" in March. Haven't lost so much weight as I've lost inches because of the walking I do. I average over 10K a day.

This is so random but i measured myself after starting the 30DS and i just saw that i am officially a size 10 now too!!
I weigh around 147lbs now and my hips shrank from 41 to 39 and waist from 33 to 29!!
I am on a plane of insane happiness of having my waist sizes in 20s and hip size in 30s again!0
