Oooh thanks for the input about this...I was holding this and Wii Active in my hands at the store a couple weeks ago. Ended up with Wii Active, but it doesn't hurt to have variety in my exercises!!! Once I or my body get tired of the Wii Active, I'll have something else to keep me going!!! I will definitely have to pick that up sometime....

I have also done this. It is a great workout. Even my hubby (who is in pretty good shape) sweats with this one. Just the different settings on the game and the fact that they will prepare the workout for you is neat. I also have my fitness coach, but I don't like it as much as the gold's gym or the wii fit.

This looks great. My husband just surprised me with a Wii Fit and I was trying to decide if I wanted to get the EA sports, but it is expensive. The Gold's Gym cardio is a lot less.

I just got the Wii Fit last night. My neighbor has had it for several months and I really liked it, so I finally caved and bought my own last night. What does the Gold's Gym Cardio for Wii do that you can't get from the Wii Fit? Is it just more intense? More cardio? Strength training???

It is just more intense in my opinion. You are bouncing on your toes like a boxer the whole time and you use the remote and nunchuck together to create different combinations. For example you may have a jab then cross then uppercut then dodge left. It is a really detailed boxing workout. It does leave you sore for days if you are not used to it so take it easy.
