Robek's --good or bad?

Hey MFP!
I am looking for healthy alternatives so I went by Robek's this morning thinking I could get a meal real replacement or a drink high in protein or fiber. I notced that while they boast healthy snacks and smoothies, the nutrition facts didn't show really high levels in fiber, protein etc. Ami Imagining this? Perhaps I haven't found the best mix yet. I am wondering if there are any suggested options at Robek's? What about other spots?
