so i have been told that when you weigh your self you should get up in the morning pee strip and weigh.
but i usually forget till mid breakfast.
so how do you guys do it? do you find that there is a major differeance if you weigh yourselves after breakfast or with your clothes on?

I do first thing in the morning, strip and weigh. It's just how I do it. I also try to do it at the same time every morning for consistency. I have found that my weight does fluctuate as the day goes on (yes, I have weighed myself periodically through out the day just to see) and also I've weighed myself with clothes then stripped and weighed without and clothes do add a little bit of weight.
If you're doing it at the same time every day the same way every day I wouldn't be too concerned as to whether or not you've eaten and are nude. It's consistent and accurate.0 -
As a guy I tend to wind up with crap of all sorts in my pockets and sometimes heavy boots, so stripped is important. I try to weigh every morning just out of the shower so that any food has been digested, too. That's about as natural as I can make myself, so I feel satisfied that whatever the numbers say, they're talking about just me.0

i usually just weigh at the same time in the morning with my pajamas on. I do occasionally check other times and scales, but the only weight I record is the morning weight whenever I do record it.0

i do it first thing, wee of course. strip off then weigh. leave a note near your toilet to remind you. i do my inches then too. its when you are at your lightest, if you weigh yourself in the middle of the day you can be a few lbs over with water weight, clothes etc, so best to do it first thing xx0
