has anyone heard of FitOrbit? it's apparently an online personal training program, where you can pick your trainer and then they design a custom program for you. i haven't done TOO much research on the program itself or the trainers, but it seems interesting. and for the price per month of what my gym charges for one session, it's tempting.

of course, i could probably design my own program for free, but i honestly don't know what exercises to pick.

any thoughts or experiences with this? i'm just curious at this point!

I haven't tried it, but they do have a 30 day free trial.

Well, they say "30 day risk free trial" on the main page of the site, but I just tried to sign up, and it's actually a 30 day money back guarantee. Which is a very different thing, considering that you have to pay 6 months in advance to get the advertised $10/week rate. I'm not going to pay 6 months up front just to get the 30 day trial. That alone makes me not trust them and not want to sign up.

changingshape.com is a paid site, BUT has lots of freebies for exercise and weigh/strength training as well as menu plans
