    Yes.. Yes... Yes.. I love Leslies DVD's... I have lost 31 pounds & 27.5 inches thanks to her.. That was my main workout for the first few months.. I still do her workouts at least 5 or more times a week... I put her on mute & crank up the music just because I get bored with the same talk... But her workouts were a life saver for me.. I have bad knees & I could tweak the workouts to fit me when I could not do everything.. Now I pretty much do everything.. I also walk outside & do a little strength training... Good luck..

    Yes and Yes!!! She is awesome!! I have 7 of her dvds and switch them up. I also recently starting using the Walk Social on her FB page too. You register and log in your walks, use the site for motivation and there are even some of her full videos on there if you currently do not have any! Here is the link.
