Mini - Goals?? Anyone want to share ideas?

I want to set some mini-goals to help keep myself motivated and on track. Does anyone else have mini-goals? Care to share? I want them to be realistic and something I feel I can achieve so that when I meet them I am super pumped.

Some of mine are kind of weird. I also tend to keep vague goals, even though we're always taught goals should have a specific value to them. For instance, I just tell myself I want to look awesome for my sister's wedding.
    But some of mine -
Comfortably wear my wedding ring again (met this! Yay!)
Have to get a new fit test for my gas mask; you need a new one every time you lose 10% of your body weight (probably not helpful to you though...)
Get my mile and a half run time down to under 13:00; long term I'd like to see sub 12:00 (solid 13:20 right now)
I want to have to go clothes shopping again for the nice weather
Be able to do 35 pushups in a minute by May (stuck at 30 now; it's for my Air Force PT test)
Be able to do 50 situps in a minute by May (same reason, hovering between 40-45 right now)

Mini goals are the way to go! I just earned myself some beautiful hand made feathered wings to go with my beautiful black vinyl ball gown and chainmail for a masquerade wedding! So excited!

I give myself a small monetary reward each day for achieving specific goals each day. 50 cents for exercising, eating right, drinking my water, taking my vitamins. At times of the year I have attendance issues at work, I bribe myself with 25 cents for getting in. Things like that. I get $1 for every pound I lose for good on the doctor's scale.

Then, at specific points in my weight loss, I give myself other rewards. I'll be getting a tattoo when I'm halfway to my goal. Probably will get another when I reach my goal. At each 10 pound mark, I get myself something small.

And the increased vitality and health I experience with every pound loss is great too!

    reach overweight bmi
    reach normal bmi
    fit in college pants
zip up my boots that wouldnt zip up
get comments from specific people about my weight loss
wear a size smaller than i am
i also have mini goals for every 10 pounds lost and i do the same in kilos and stones
i think its more a personal thing what things affect you and you think you need to achieve.
i need to add more to my list because i have crossed off loads of mine!

Here are mine that I have on my profile.

    Goals:
    245lbs met 4/4/12
    walk 1 mile met 4/7/12
    240lbs met 4/13/12
    walk 2 miles met 4/13/12
    235lbs

I also have others but I am just posting them as I meet them or posting the weight ones as whats next. I have 95 lbs to go so I have lots of weight goals and I just started excersising (3-26-12) and walking (4-7-12) so the 1 mile and 2 mile things are really cool for me.
Before I started doing this if someone would have told me I would be looking forward to walking or excersising I would have told them to have their head checked out. LOL

I chose to break my 150 lbs. that I have to lose into 25 lb. increments. I have lost 95 lbs. so far since Sept. by meeting these goals. When I don't see it on the scale, I focus on how I feel and how my clothes fit. By breaking the number down it isn't so overwhelming and is easier to see results and have reasons to rejoice. Feel free to add me.
