Alright so I have been doing crossfit for about a month now....I do squats, kettlebell swings, sled pulls, crunches, farmer carries, rowing, biking and more.....I have also been on here logging in all of my food and not cheating plus cardio...treadmill time 2-3 days a week...I alternate between cross fit and cardio.....I have only lost 2 pounds....So ....am I doing something wrong....I mean I am busting my butt working out and eating healthy but I feel like there arent any results and its bumming me out! Any thoughts?

I know. It sucks. The thing is to take other measurements. You can actually gain weight, but lose inches in your waist. When I was in top shape, I weighed 10 to 15 lbs heavier than I am now, but was about 2 sizes smaller in the waist.

I do not do crossfit, but know people that do. I'd say be patient, keep doing what you're doing, and hopefully you will see more physical changes. It's not always about the number on the scale.... we all tend to forget that sometimes! :)

    Best of luck!

Did you take your measurements before you started? I bet your body composition has changed a ton with all that muscle building exercise!
