Hi, I had a little girl a year and a half ago and am trying to lose the weight that I gained with her (along with extra from before). I managed to lose a couple pounds but got a new job working overnights and have gained it back. Just trying to figure out how to balance working overnights and yet exercise. When I get home I'm either to tired because I had a couple hours sleep prior to working 12hr shift or if I did exercise prior to sleeping then I'm to wide awake to sleep before the kids come home and I go to work. On my days off I try to go for walks with the kids ( Have a 3yr old and 1 1/2 yr old). Just wondering what others have done or what others think would work. I work in a private home setting monitoring medically dependant clients, can't leave to exercise. I joined this program with a friend but she has dropped out and now it's just me. Need help. Thanks.
