Soooooooo happy, I have a new 18k kettle bell xxxxxxx
I will tone up and I will get to use this and know what I am doing!!! :bigsmile:
Any tips or advice would be good... Only just started to use them and getting to love them at cross fit over the last 3 months.
Will post a picture of me kissing it once someone can take a pic, no way of holding with one hand and taking a pic.. LOL not just yet anyway !!!! xxxxxxxxxxxx

I've never used a kettle bell but they sure look like fun. Must be a good workout too0

I think the hardest bit is pushing it off the ground but once your arm is vertical, as long as it doesn't bend or lean, you could do it. Perhaps get a cheaper/lighter kettle to practice with. Shame you're not closer or we could swap!0
