My 20 minutes of cardio/sculpt (The Firm Express - day 3 with Rebekah) left me dripping. I used the aerobic high impact calorie count for my height and weight and was given a credit of 203 calories. I just mowed our lawn with a push mower for 70 minutes at a good pace, and the database gave me well over 700 calories burned. Do those numbers make sense?
I am new to this (day 5) and have not had a chance to really check into a heart rate monitor or calorie counter. Should I count the mowing on my excercise log and consume more calories, or should I disregard them and stick with the 203 calories?

I've found many exercise estimates to be a little "Off." I finally broke down and just bought a FitBit for $96.00 that tracks my movement and adds the extra cals I burn to myfitnesspal so I have a better estimate. You can get more info using the TOOLS tab at the top of the page. Good luck to you!0
