SW- 191 lbs (on Jan 6th)
CW-164 lbs (as of April 10th)
GW-125 lbs

-27 lbs
-2 inches from Neck
-7 inches from waist
-5 inches from hips

I actually started on MFP on January 6th, but I was around my starting weight when first pic was taken. I've changed my lifestyle with 4 day a week workouts, and cutting out greasy fast food and ordering takeout more days than not. I prepare most of my meals at home making sure I eat my veggies and practice ESE/IF...yeah I go out to eat some times and still have an alcoholic beverage every once in a while but am prepared to make health conscious decisions when I do. You only live once you know! My goal weight is still another 39 lbs away, but I think I am on the right track.

OH AND HAPPY FRIDAY THE 13th :) Don't let ole brother Jason bother you today :)
