Try this..its sooooo good...(a weight watchers recipe)
Cherry Marshmallow Cake
4 cups miniature marshmallows
1 (18 1/4 oz.) Box chocolate cake mix
21 ounces light cherry pie filling
10 oz. diet Sprite
2 medium egg whites
1/4 cup miniature chocolate chip
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9 x 13 baking pan w/ cooking spray. Sread marshmallows evenly over bottom. Prepare cake using diet Sprite and egg whites. Pour batter over marshmallows. Spoon cherries evenly over batter and sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Bake 45-50 minutes. As it bakes, the cherries sink to the bottom and the marshmallows rise to the top and form a thin topping that will brown and be bubbly.
Serves: 16
Per Serving: 206 Calories; 6g Fat (24.2% calories from fat); 3g Protein; 39g Carbohydrate; 1g Dietary Fiber; 0mg Cholesterol; 286mg Sodium. Exchanges: 0 Lean Meat; 1/2 Fruit; 1 Fat; 2 Other Carbohydrates. WWP: 4 (www.AimeesAdventures.com)

Made this cake last night (I used diet cream soda).
A WINNER!! It was sooooo yummy!
My husband and I went *nuts* (well, he's allowed to have
a much bigger piece than I can have - but I enjoyed every
little tasty bite). We topped it with Cool Whip although it
really doesn't even need any topping or frosting.

this sounds GORGEOUS! I want to make it...but am in the UK so our brands etc are different...
