Start eating veggies. When I don't like something I call it a have too and Just do it.
  • Have you tried the veggies raw & cooked? I don't like most cooked veggies, but I love raw

Try new things - salad doesn't have to just be lettuce & dressing - I put cheese, hard boiled egg, cooked pasta, deli meats, nuts, seeds, fruits, & veggies in my salads.

maybe find a veggie that you do like ... there's gotta be at least one :o)
or maybe find different ways of preparing them ... you can even hide them in some recipes
    good luck
  • try juicing all the veggies with out adding any sweetners .....at least u can avoid chewing ......try eating pinto beans and tuna fish....and fresh brewed green tea........carrots r best to keep u chewing and full....

Have you ever heard of Shakeology? It's a product that is 100% natural and in one serving of it it's like getting a whole bowl of salad and then some.

has a roasted veggie enchilida stack that I love to make

try grilling them, roasting, sauteeing, blended with shakes, thrown with eggs and cheese for omelettes. I try to incorporate veggies in my 3 main meals every day...not always successful, but I noticed the more veggies I eat the more I crave them.

I bought my blender last week.... before then I had NEVER met my Govt. recommended 5-a-day... now I've met that everyday since. I blitz everything. Put greens in a fruit smoothie - its unnoticable aside from the colour.

Btw, if anyone that knows me read this they would never believe that I would even bother to TRY, let alone do. I honestly cannot stand veggies 'plain' if you will. Hope this helps.

Every time I go shopping I buy one new thing. Just one. If it's veggies I then I put them into a stir fry so that trying something new is easier when there's a sauce to help tasting something new easier. Buy one new item each time, just a tiny amount of it, and you might find things you like.

I used to ridiculously picky - didn't eat rice til 17 or pasta til 19, didn't eat most veggies til 20 and didn't eat soup til 21 cos liquid foods creeped me out. Texture is my biggest obstacle. I'm currently getting used to cauliflower and broccoli (I find it weird that they're furry) but just having 20 grams of each, and 300 grams of the veggies I like.

grilled asparagus is awesome. make sure you prepare it with some salt pepper, and then spray with some oil first. and you got to crack off the bottom end.

I loooove asparagus, though I usually boil it when I boil all my veggies in one pot - student cooking :P
Never thought a few years ago that I'd say that I love asparagus!
