Small success for me... just thought I'd share.

I've been posting for about a week now. I work a night shift, which would normally be hard to diet on, but I have a very supportive husband who follows my schedule. But today he was at work during the day, and when I got up, I was hungry! (Understandably, since I ate around midnight and now it was 1pm.)

So what did I do?

I had an apple before I just dug into whatever I could get my hands on.

After I finished my apple, I realized I wasn't starving and that I could have a little bit of something more...

Win for me.
