Not sure if these even exist...but are there any foods that you eat that you do not count because they are low in cals? Any foods that you allow yourself to eat as much as you want?

On the plan my dietician devised I was able to eat as many servings of fresh veggies as I liked. Obviously I had to use good sense and not cook the veggies in butter, etc. But yeah, no limits otherwise. Many people here will disagree but that is just my own experience and it didn't keep me from losing my weight.0

Water. Also, I do not log gum.0

I have heard that there were foods that take more calories to burn than they create but I don't remember what they were. :ohwell:0

I log everything. Even iceberg lettuce and celery. Every food has calories. And a celery stalk or two can mean the difference between losing and staying the same for me. I'm allowed to eat as much salad as I want on my plan. But I would make myself sick long before I could eat too many calories in salad. Salad dressing? Oh no, only allowed 2 Tbsp of that!
I don't log gum. However I do chew it until my jaw hurts and it has no flavor for a while. I figure that evens out. But I only chew sugar-free gum!
I actually log water, but more due to my curiosity as to how much I drink in a day. In short, LOTS!0 -

I dont log lettuce or lemons in my water. An extra 30 calories of leafy greens is of no worry to me (: I've lost 30lbs in 3 months never logging lettuce haha0
