B Complex Vitamins

I have just started taking a B Complex Vitamin, my urine has started turning a brighter yellow. I drink plenty of water, and eat quite healthy. Just wondering if anyone has had this while taking a B Complex vitamin? I read that the colour of urine could change when taking suplements.

    Very common. :) my boyfriend takes the "animal pak" supplements and it makes his pee super neon yellow. (it's called "pak p*ss" LOL!)

    On a side note... I've heard that when people are going into drug testing and trying to flush out anything in their system they take B vitamins to give their pee a more natural "I'm not trying to detox" yellow look.

    I wouldn't worry!

    It's from the dye they put in the vitamin.

    Most vitamins and suppliments are not being absorbed in your body but going straight through you, purged through your urine, that is why it is yellow. Think about that for a moment!
