I'm a month in and I can tell I'm starting to give up. Diets never usually last more than a few weeks for me. I figured being more active in the MFP community might help.... instead I'm putting off exercise and posting lots of comments! If I don't exercise today it will be day three without exercise... so maybe at 5 after I watch Ellen.

It's because its a temporary thing in your mind. I try to tell myself to get used to it and learn to enjoy it.0

It is very much in your head. You have to "train" your body and brain to work together to give you the motivation and skills needed to stay on top. I was a little discouraged at first too, but once I got into the routine, it was easier. I still have moments, but I move forward. There are some weeks where I only work out a few days a week and my goal is to do at least 5. I also have 3 kids and a husband, so sometimes life just gets in the way. Stay focused and try to find "mini" prizes for reaching certain goals, but DO NOT reward yourself with food!! That is what got us all here in the first place!!0
