Need to eat more......HELP!!!!

So I'm really not sure which diet to fallow. Apparently I'm not eating enough when I though I was.

    You don't need to follow a specific diet.

    1. Enter your info into MFP and set your activity level

    2. Set your weight loss for 1 lb/week, which is key. You only have 30-odd pounds to lose, don't try to be more aggressive than that or you won't be eating enough

    3. Now you have your base calories you should eat daily (not below, but target that number as best possible). When you exercise, log it. Eat those calories if you choose (everyone uses their earned "exercise calories" differently)

    I guarantee you that MFP tells her to eat 1200 calories a day. (Which is undereating)

    Im finding that 1300 works for me... a stable 1-2 pounds per week loss -- if i exercise for at least 30 minutes, i give myself 100 calories, but i wont "eat back" all my exercise calories.

    I've recently went from MFP's 1200/day to my estimated BMR. Weight is coming off just fine and I'm no longer ravished.
