    Okay, when I tried to make kale chips they were very bitter. Any suggestions? Jacques Pepin recommends a much lower temperature setting...maybe I'll try that.

    Pro-tip, if they are still floppy and not crisp, do not eat.

    i actually did mine at like 350 for 12 or so?

    I made them for the first time the other night. I used the same method as above, then with about 5 minutes left I sprinkled Parmesan cheese on them . Very good.

    i will have to try these, maybe using nutritional yeast flakes for a vegan cheesy option

    I'm not a lover of kale but am tempted to try these!! Are they successful with children??!!
