Okay, when I tried to make kale chips they were very bitter. Any suggestions? Jacques Pepin recommends a much lower temperature setting...maybe I'll try that.0

Pro-tip, if they are still floppy and not crisp, do not eat.

I made them for the first time the other night. I used the same method as above, then with about 5 minutes left I sprinkled Parmesan cheese on them . Very good.0
