heey, i'm 133lbs ish, and 24% bodyfat, 5 ft 6.
I want to reduce the amount of fat I have without losing much weight. So I'm aiming to burn fat, but build muscle aswell.

What amount of calories should I be eating, and what excercise do you recommend me to do?
Also, any idea how long before I could get a "toned" look.

Thanks

I want to know also. I'm 5'6 , 135.2 and my BF is 24%. For a brief month it was at 22%.

I plan to start lifting heavy weights as soon as I get some extra mony to invest in them. To bad I passed up Academys buy one get one free deal on weights they had a few months ago .

    Start lifting weights. :)

Look into programs like Starting Strength or Stronglifts 5x5. They're based around compound movements that use free weights to make you stronger, fast.

Eat lots of protein when you're doing weight training. Somewhere in the ballpark of .8-1g of protein per 1lb of lean body mass. Since you don't really want to lose scale weight, eat at your maintenance and not at a deficit (MFP should be able to calculate this for you?).
