alright, i"m a runner, me loves running, much more fun than silly elliptical or bicycles or anything like that (i love me a bit of jump rope or kickboxing though)
anyway i was on bodybuilding.com and they had a simple programme designed for people who work out at home.
http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/fitness_model_training.htm
Ive tailored this programme to myself by changing the exercises so i lift heavy.
However, in the article is says that elipticals and stairmasters are much better and dont tend to eat away at your lean body mass (which apparently, running does).
can anyone with more experience with this help me out?
I don't really see any hugely bulky people that are regular runners (maybe if they are in a cut stage ) and all runners i do see tend to be pretty lean.
I dont know, any advice?
