AHHH, its nearly 10.30pm and ive had a really good healthy day. Im actually pretty pleased with myself.
Now though, i am craving carbs.
Nothing more i would love right now that beans on toast with lots of butter.
Im not hungry, i know im not, its a craving but its so hard!

What can i do to get rid of it! WILLPOWER IS NOT ENOUGH LOL

Ive brushed my teeth, drank alot of water.
Still there,

I DONT WANT TO CRACK!
