Heart rate monitors?

What are some good ones that aren't a ton of money? I would love one that tells me how far i have gone ect. I am going to usually use it for running and walking. Thank you.

    i got a sportline from walmart 2 months ago for about 40 bucks and i love it it no problems with it

    Do they come with a chest strap?

    Polar FT4 is amazing with a chest strap. It's cheaper than the usual good HRM's too. Polar is a great brand.

    it does come with a chest strap and it is just as cheap as the polar ft4 but has more options
