Ok I am sorry but I have held my breath quite enough but I HAVE to say something! To mostly girls, it disturbs me that so many of yu think so lowly of yourself I mean yu guys are doing what yu need to do for a healthy body I mean some but what I'm saying why don't yu thank your body that you are able to be healthy. I think so many of yu take for granted what your body is doing and allowing yu to do with of course the proper nutrition, for hours at a time, for months, for years. So many other ppl don't have that opportunity either because they are handicapper or they just stopped believing that they could. Thank your body for allowing to be one of those ppl that can, that believe they can. Ik I might sound hypocritical right now being that I have voiced my complaints about my own body and how I would like to lose weight fast and be thinner. But the things that some girls are doing to their bodies, minds, souls everything that is them is heart breaking. Everyone is beautiful, not everyone Is meant to look like a model or perfect, if we did we would be BORING! It is good that we have different type of people size color everything because then we are different. Don't our differences make us special? But what is even better that so many are trying to look if not that way but healthy. It breaks my heart to see so many girls abusing their body. I mean I wanna be skinny omg do I? But not at the cost of my LIFE! I'm not going to lie i did anorexia and bulimia but I couldn't do it. I thought hurting myself and possibly dying and missing the amAzing stuff that I'm experiencing now is so not worth being 120. I have done the diet pills but never laxatives or fasting for hours. I do what works ; eating healthy, working out and most importantly: living. When I say living I mean so many ppl including myself forget to live, forget what they have, who they have because they are obsessed. They are obsessed with how miles they run, how many work outs they complete, every calorie they consume, they are obsessed with being healthy, skinny, pretty whatever it may be, they want it and they won't stop until they get it. I am like that, I have worked out instead of hanging with friends, school, every social thing just for working out. And one day I was thinking what was my life, and I had one answer: working out. I needed more than that. What I'm saying this with this speech of mine or advice or however yu would like to take it: Look at what your body can do: appreciate when yu can finish your work out or run 5 miles. Look what has done for you, and think about what it could. So many people here have already shown yu, 131 pounds 70, 90, 40! That's amazing! Try carrying that on your back and then maybe yu'll start to see that your body and let's not forget your determination to do thAt; took that WEIGHT off of yu and it's all because yu are able to do it and because yu can do it. Treat your bodies the way yu hopefully treat ppl with: kindness and respect. Yu don't abuse ppl; don't abuse your body. Yu don't torment ppl: don't torment your body yu don't kill ppl; don't kill yourself.

You don't try Bulimia or Anorexia. You either are or your not. It's not a trend its a disorder.0

Well said! I have had and do have my own body issues too but I don't voice them to everyone constantly everyday all day and I am trying to do this the healthy way. Its starting to piss me off the way some girls just complain and complain about their "fat" when they have no fat etc. I know about eating disorders, I'm recovering myself but I don't put it all over here and complain about 500 calories being too much and how Im a fat pig all the time. We all have good and bad days but soetimes it would be good to hear about the good and not always the bad!0
