I have been on and off dieting (mostly on) for about 12 months now and it's unbelievable because i haven't shifted more than one kg over that entire time!
I'm so frustrated because i exercise for over an hour 6 days a week and sure I have moments where i overeat (maybe once a week) but im always so conscious of what i put in my mouth.
People are always noticing my weight gain as last year i lost a lot of weight, around 20lbs. i felt so great about myself and now i've gained it all back again. it's really depressing and it feels like there's nothing more i can do.
Does anyone have any advice?

Mischa, maybe you don't eat enough. Either way, you need to see a doctor immediately. Your previous post illustrated that you have some body image issues to handle. Good luck, sweetie, I'm rooting for you. :flowerforyou:0 -

I'm sure i eat enough, i eat my 1200 plus most of my exercise calories. if you saw what my body looked like im sure you would agree that i could lose a few extra kilos. all i want to be is 50kgs, that is when i look my best. i'm really at a loss of what to do now because ive tried everything, i can't seem to lose weight like i did 12 months ago.0 -
Food scale. Weigh EVERYTHING. Measuring cups and eyeballing doesn't work. Log EVERYTHING.
Heart rate monitor. A good one. Like a Polar or something. Record EVERYTHING.
Don't lie to yourself.
It's the only way.
EDITED TO ADD: You don't have to work out that much, you know. I mean, keep at it if you like it, but your diet will determine your weight loss.
EDITED AGAIN TO ADD: Whoa. I just read your other post. Yeah. You need a serious perspective shift. If you think 119 is "so fat" then something is not right in your mind. You canNOT expect to weigh the same as you did when you were a little twiglette in high school. Women grow til they are 25 on average and NO ONE weighs the same in adulthood as they did in CHILDHOOD. You have to get a grip on your view. GOOD LUCK.0 -
um are you short? unless you are petite 1200 might not be enough food...0

Question: How tall are you? If I read your ticker correctly, you weight around 120? If that's the case, if you drop to 110, that could be way underweight.0

I reviewed your Food Diary... and you are not eating enough. Yes... you have a day here and there where you eat 1600-1800 calories, but there were several days where you were eating 1000 calories or less... as low as 700! That is WAY too low!
Please, Please, PLEASE, listen to the advice that has been passed to you via this thread as well as the other... Seek counseling/therapy. No one here is qualified to offer any other advice to you than that.0 -
Wow this is crazy. You can't starve your body and expect to lose weight.0

From reading some of your past posts, I think you need to stop asking for advice online and try a medical professional instead. I think you might be putting unneeded (or unhealthy) pressure on yourself, love.0
