Can any one help with this. I am running a half next saturday. I am hoping to be able to complete it in under 2:00. I would really like to know what pace I need to maintain to be able to accomplish this. I have a Garmin and would like to set the alarm so if I drop below it I will know to speed up. I know my time needs to be 9:09 per mile, but what is that MPH? Thanks !!
