OH NOES! haha, well i need to lose 20 pounds by the end of this summer, i thought this would be a great way to do so, and keep track of my progress.

if anyone has something i could try, that would be fantastic!

    I don't have any magic tips for you, just log in your food and exercise, make sure you're within your limits and watch the pounds come off :wink: :flowerforyou:

    :wink: Welcome to the site. I don't really have any tips beside be honest with yourself when you enter in your food and your exercise, and stick with it. You will be shocked as the pounds start disappearing. Walking is the best, because you don't need a gym or any equiptment! Good Luck!

    My tip is to eat smaller meals/snacks every 3 hours.
