Homemade Chicken Stir fry!

Ingridients::

1 boneless skinless chicken breast cooked and shredded
1/2 bag of frozen stir fry veggies
1 tbs honey
salt and pepper to season(optional)
light cooking oil

Cook chicken shred it and put aside...Heat skillet on medium heat with 2 Tbs of light cooking oil..Add veggies and cook down until tender..Add honey and simmer for 2 minutes..Season.

Very yummy and filling!! And only 375 calories!!

  • This sounds good! I usually add a bit of teryaki sauce to my stir fry and I've never tried it with honey. Have to make this sometime soon.

    Yummmmmmm! I've been a stir fry/asian food kick! I love it because you can add sooo many veggies & some lean protien & it's always so satisfying! Great recipe!

    hmmm honey huh? i will have to try that. i normally put alil soy sauce in mine. i love stir fry because you can add so many good veggies in it. and switch it up from chicken, beef, pork or shrimp.. i love it with chichen.. lol :drinker:

    I love to add soy sauce and vinegar. It adds great flavor to the chicken.
