My NSV - Blood test results

As part of my company's wellness program's Fitness Camp we're now required to get before and after blood work. There's a new guy in charge of a lot of the benefits programs and he's "not convinced this is something the Company should sponsor." (Keep in mind, I still pay $30 for the 12-week session, the coaches are volunteers, one of which owns a gym, so the equipment is at no apparent cost to us. The $30 goes toward when we need lights at night and toward the reward t-shirt and 5K.) I'll hold back what I think of him and his thoughts on employer-sponsored wellness efforts, just in case he's reading :grumble:
Anyway, I got the results for my "after" today. In 12 weeks, my results are:
Total cholesterol went from 145 to 140
HDL (the happy cholesterol component) went from 55 to 56
LDL (the bad component) went from 81 to 72
AIC (3-month blood-sugar eval) was virtually unchanged, 5.3 to 5.4
My waist, measured at my navel, went from 37 inches to 32.5 inches (:noway:).
BMI dropped from 23.6 to 22.7, an almost 6 pound loss. I was told by the consultant to start eating more (lulz).
Keep in mind, week 1 was well after I had gone through my change from fat-me to thinner-me, so my start numbers look pretty good, I just didn't know what they were (my last "real" physical was about a year ago...). I can honestly say I believe I'm the absolute most fit I've ever been in my life, thanks to the support I get at home and the support of the MFP'ers around here. Thanks, guys!
