Hey fellow cysters!!!!!!
I just got some groundbreaking news for me from a nutritionist. So, I contacted her because I just need help. I mean, I don't know what to eat to help my PCOS (and diet GREATLY affects symptoms), and I thought I should see a nutritionist for a comprehensive look at my meals.
Well, she told me that NUTRITION COUNSELING IS GENERALLY COVERED BY INSURANCE FOR PCOS PATIENTS!!! Look into it!!! I am SO excited. You have no idea! I wasn't looking forward to shelling out $100+ per visit to a nutritionist.....
