I noticed lately that my accessory muscles are sore.
Like..the inner muscles.
Its really uncompfortable, and i dont know how to stretch them. Tips?

Try Yoga. Or a light run. Not sure which muscles you're talking bout though.0

when i say accessory muscles i am not refering to the muscles that assist in breathing.
i am talking about the smaller muscles. specifically the ones in my arms. just below the bicep (several inches above my triceps)0 -
Not sure what muscles you mean but working the muscles with some cardio always helps me.0

also, put your hand palm forward on a wall (like saying stop)
and turn your torso till you feel a stretch.0 -
i'd say drink whey after work out and sleep plenty
i think you mean your tricep? it sticks out from the side of my arm and also below it0
