Challenges

Hey all! I am getting back on track but I know I need help, support and a goal to work towards - I cannot do this on my own so does anyone know of any challenges that I can join in on?? Last time I tried this I set goals each day for myself and that helped, but I need a little bit more motivation. I am looking to lose around 30 pounds overall.

    hi there, I am in a few challenges at the moment that you would be welcome to join. Some of them started at the beginning of April but you could still join in now. You will either need to search these on the message boards or look through my profile to see where I have posted to them.
    Run, walk or crawl - this is a weekly challenge to reach 15 miles per week by whatever method you choose, it starts each Sunday.
    24 hour April challenge - this is to reach 24 hours of working out
    50 days of something - I only joined this one yesterday
    Lose 7lbs in April.
    If you join some of these you could just adapt the goal as its partway through the month, a lot of these groups continue into the next month so if you are already with them you would get to start the challenges properly in may?
