Confused about logging 30DayShred

How do I go about logging my 30 Day Shred work out(s)? Do I do them individually or is there a calculator for it?

Someone..help?!

    Circuit training is what I log it under...25 minutes

    use a heart rate monitor or log as "circuit training" and your time with warm up and cool down included
