For a minute there I was kind of overwhelmed by the calorie thing. It was driving me nuts about what to eat, because I didn't want to waste calories, so I was obsessing over food. Now I like the way people say eat the calories you burn. Well, my motivation is too "earn what you eat". Instead of "eating what you burn", I tried "earn what you eat" n its working. I finally tricked my mind. I figure I would share this just in case if someone is having the same issue as me. So, if I want to have a sandwich and a salad for lunch, I exercise a bit, making some extra cals, then eat. That way my brain isnt going crazy. lol
